About Daisy's New Beginnings
Our Mission and Reason
Daisy’s New Beginnings began from involvement with one very special dog. Molly was a special needs puppy being fostered by someone working at It Takes A Village. In addition to being blind, in order to be eligible for adoption, Molly required surgeries to repair a cleft pallet and multiple hernias. After being blessed with the opportunity to meet and help provide care for Molly it was a pleasure to help raise funds on an individual basis to fund her medical procedures. Molly benefitted from successful surgeries and was able to be adopted into a very loving home. Involvement in the efforts to care for Molly was an awakening to the needs of many dogs like Molly in the Tri-State area and the original spark behind the creation of Daisy’s New Beginnings.
